Long term stay – become a temporary Tyrolean

Here you’ll find a cosy flat – comprising a bedroom, living room, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom – with a huge sun terrace (26 m²). The flat is in a quiet yet very central location and is equipped with everything you need to feel completely at home. It’s the perfect size for two, but can also accommodate up to four people. The flat is ideally situated in the pretty town of St. Nikolaus on the left bank of the Inn, directly opposite Innsbruck’s Old Town. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of the city centre.

A minimum stay of 4 weeks applies.

Two underground parking spaces are also available, but only for cars up to a height of 1.50 m. A parking space can be rented for 110 EUR per month.

Prices

Stays of 4 weeks to 3 months

• 1 person: 2,250 EUR per month / approx. 75 EUR per day
• 2 people: 2,550 EUR per month / approx. 85 EUR per day
• Each additional person aged 6 and over: 100 EUR per month / approx. 3 EUR per day (children aged 5 and under stay free of charge)

Stays of 4 to 6 months

• 1 person: 2,100 EUR per month / approx. 70 EUR per day
• 2 people: 2,400 EUR per month / approx. 80 EUR per day
• Each additional person aged 6 and over: 100 EUR per month / approx. 3 EUR per day (children aged 5 and under stay free of charge)

Security deposit

• 750 EUR per month, up to a maximum of 2,250 EUR
• The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer following confirmation of the booking.
